Legal Question in Discrimination Law in California

i have been a customer at this small local bar for 7+ years. A local customer decided that she didn't like me and started to harrasse me several times. That didn't stop me from continuing to enjoy my friends. Now the owner has started harrassing me because he has taken sides with the local customer. Do I have a legal dispute that I can fill to either stop this harrassement or at least have peace of mind?
