Work Place Harassment
Can I sue a co-worker for work place harassment, race discrimination and age discrimination without having to sue the company i worked for?

No. The law applies to employers, not buddies.

yes. However, you should be aware that the co-worker may bring his/her own action against the company for indemnification.
