After two weeks of employment they terminated me a again because they said i lied on my application and did not say i worked for them in 2005. I had it on the resume but threy say the resume is not thelegal document. They don't read resumes.

Re: Termination and rehire

Many applications have a question in which the applicant must answer as to whether the applicant has ever applied for or worked for the employer in the past. If the question was present and you failed to answer it honestly then this would be in most cases grounds for immediate dismissal. So the employer is more than likely correct in this situation.
