Legal Question in Education Law in California

private school ISP

I have a private ISP school. I want to offer a high school diploma to 18 year old or older students who have received the Certificate of Completion and not the public high school diploma (due to not taking or passing the exit exam). What type of attorney do I need to make sure I am not getting into shady territory. I will have credible requirements.

Hello:

You will need an attorney that can guide you through the qualification process and advise you as to the minimum requirements to meet state guidelines. Ther is probably no "specialist" in the "open market" as most specialists are already in the employ of a district or on the payroll of same.

I would be pleased to explore your needsa with you should you choose to do so.

Respectfuly,
