Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

Falsely accussed of Sexual Harrament

I have been falsely accussesd of Sexual Harassment, making threats against someone's family and other related charges that are 100% false. This has affected my business and my reputation within the community. It also involves someone who works for a locla office of Alcoholics Anonymous for which I did volunteer work. this person also has several felony convictions. I now have limited financial resources and have been unable to retain an attorney I am defending myself. I have been granted a ontinuance until April 6th.

this case is complicated. I have witnesses and physical evidence, e.g. emails, etc. I realize that this is something that is difficult to defend against. My only hope is that the truth can come out in court and that I can impeach her testimonyand purjured herslf to the court by making these false accusations against me.

I am looking for help where ever I can find it. Is there any help or advice that you can offer to me.

Thank you in advance if this is possible.

Best Regards,

Without counsel to help you, the best anyone can do for you is tell you to subpeona to the trial all the witnesses and documents you think will help you, and try to get the testimony and documents into the record. You will have to cross examine the Plaintiff and witnesses effectively, and put on your own testimony and witnesses, and persuade the court or jury that you are telling the truth. If the trial is April 6, get movin'.
