harassment

when in junior high school I was verbally harassed by one individual to the point of grave mental injury..I was not able to attend school..this occurred after the death of my mother..I was held back..I am now 52..what recourse do I have against him?

After more than 30 years, you almost certainly have no recourse left available to you. There are a very limited number of exceptions to statutes of limitations, and unless you can fit into one of them your time to bring suit is long since passed.
