Legal Question in Employment Law in California

Hi, im a 20yo male, I work in a building and there are no private restrooms, only public, and at lunch time i usually go for the one with less traffic and masturbate inside a stall, if i get caught would it be a reason to fire me?

Duh.

In general, you are an 'at will' employee that can be disciplined or terminated any time for any reason, with or without �cause�, explanation or notice. Beyond 'at will', that would certainly constitute 'cause', being a crime, a moral and ethical violation, a public nuisance, etc., etc.
