Have you been to the Labor Commissioner's office? Or to a lawyer's office? The Labor Commissioner will totally handle your dispute and collect your unpaid vacation inclufdig legal penalties. The law also allows you to use an attorney and the court will award you the attorney's fees in addition to your vacation time and penalties. A lawyer will also explore other issues you might not have thought of, such as unpaid overtime.
