Legal?

You have no right to a raise, or even to continue your employment.

Everything about your employment is in the discretion of the employer .

Not only are there no laws against poor management, 'unfair treatment', by management, but in general, unless an employee is civil service, in a union, or has a written employment contract, they are an 'at will' employee that can be disciplined or terminated any time for any reason, with or without cause, explanation or notice.

If they suspect you are looking for another job, they will fire you if they are smart.
