Legal Question in Employment Law in California

Is it legal in the state of California to use a voice automated voice recorder, like the kind you would use for transcription, if I advise all supervisors, personnel, etc.

Recording is illegal unless the other party is fully advised and consents. Doing that at work will get you fired, either way.
