Legal Question in Employment Law in California

in Oct 2012 employer submited my last payroll check under a llc that was cancelled since 2010. Check bounced due to NSF. California labor board called a hearing but llc never showed to hearing including a hearing called by the county superior court. I have won judgment against llc but owner denys any attachment.

This owner has up to 15 various llc under the same address. Its obvious he manuvers behind corprate vails. do i have any recourse or am i another victim of his fraudualent scaams

You may be able to attack the owner directly, but it is not possible to tell from your message. You will need to consult with a lawyer to see what needs to be done.

Alternatively, you could sell your judgment at a discount to a company who pursues judgments as part of its business operations. You won't receive anywhere near the full amount of the judgment, but you won't have to spend time and money trying to collect, either.
