Is there anyway a a person can be charged with burglary if he/she inappropriate gave out discount on store merchandise with his employee discount while on duty??

Yes. Burglary is occasionally charged when there is a conspiracy, meaning more than one person planning on robbing the store. The evidence will determine the outcome.
