Legal Question in Employment Law in California

I have a start up company and have recruited a few people to work in the early stages of the project. Two individuals no longer want to be a part of the start up. I would like a form agreement that releases any and all obligations I would ever have to them and want to make sure they never come back and ask for any ownership interest in the company. Any suggestions as to what can of release to use? Thanks.

One that properly and effectively covers all the claims, rights, responsibilities, waivers, releases, stocks and shares issues, profits, royalties, and any other issues that may arise in the next four years among all these specific employees and company. Spend a little money to do it right now, or litigate it later a great expense. If serious about doing so, feel free to contact me for the legal help you'll need.
