California Eviction Appeal

I have won an Eviction and the tenant is now appealing. As a proper what do I have to do to respond to get it thrown out. I have lost the home now to foreclsoure and the tenant is still in the home. Doesn't he have to put up the amount of my Judgment to appeal??

As you no longer are the real party in interest, you should tender the appeal to the bank that foreclosed, and let it worry about it.
