When a person dies does the RTO expire?

In my living situation things became a little hostile between me and 1 of two roomates. The mate I was in conflict with has 13 RTO against people so she had her girlfriend request it instead. Well the girlfriend being ''protected'' just died in a car crash. What do i do so that I can return home. I'm paid up on the rent and have commited any violations of the rental (month to month BTW) agreemment.
