Lack of Response

I have an attorney who is working my S&F case - I Think! But he will not return calls or email. I sent a letter almost amonth ago and have received no response.

Lack of response = [typically] lack of valuable case.

But, you are entitled to his attention to your case, so if he isn't satisfying you, find and substitute in another attorney.

These are your rights: you have the absolute right to change your attorney at any time and for any reason; your contingency fee cannot be increased by the substitution of one attorney for another; and your old attorney MUST send your complete file to the new attorney immediately upon request.
