Pyrex or Corning Ware that has exploded & hurt persons

I'm Looking for any precedents or on going Lit. that envolves Pyrex measuring cups that have exploded after being taken out of a micro-wave oven. If any burns, cuts or infections resulting from expolding glass, please include. Seeking any good information,has changed my entire life. Surgury is a way of life now.

Was there any warning labels regarding putting the containers in the microwave and the possibility of them exploding? If there are no such warnings than the company may be liable for your injuries. It is called negligence and you may be able to sue them for compensation for medical bills as well as damages for failing to warn you of the dangers.
