serious and willful misconduct

if i fell off a power pole because of no training required my companies corporate office and cal osha do i have a separate lawsuit besides my workers comp lawsuit and if it was pretty easy to prove would you take it????thank you

Your WCAB attorney should discuss 'serious and willful' rules and penalties with you. YOu have what is like a PI case against your employer if there were serious safety violations causing your injury. IF you have serious injury and damages, then it may be worth pursuing.
