housing

if two people are on the deed to a house and one person wants two others to live in the house (her children, over 18 full-time students)and the other does not, what is the law?

It depends on how title is held. But generally, each owner of property is entitled to use the whole property. Your remedy would be to sue for partition (have the house sold and split the proceeds). Let us know if you want our help on this. We have several cases like yours.
