city ordinances
The city I live in passed a noise ordinance on motorcycles but only seem to enforce it on certain people on one specific brand, is that legal and how do we protect ourselves from this and how do we remove this from the books

It's not legal to enforce it discriminatorily, but proving it is the issue. If you want to change the law, start with your state reps. Good luck.
