Legal Question in Family Law in Connecticut

I am 16. I am absolutely miserable with the parent I have to spend the weekends with to the point where I am depressed. Can I take my parent to court or do anything legally to change this? I need to do something

At 16 years old, no one can make you visit with that parent on weekends. A court can not make you and the police will not even try. If you are that miserable then you can just refuse to go.
