Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I moved from Ohio to Florida because my husband lost his job and had a job offer down here and a place to live, so my husband and I and our 4 kids moved down to Florida. I had shared parenting with my 11 year old sons father in Ohio. How do I try to get out of state visitation without having to go to Ohio, I can't afford to go up to Ohio to fight for it. Is there any way to apply for visitation when you are not in the same state? His father is not exactly a giving person and is mad that I moved, and has refused to let me see him or talk to him, it's been almost a year and I am desperate and will try to do what I am able to do.

If your son lives in Ohio, you'll have to ask an Ohio lawyer that question, since Ohio law would apply.
