Legal Question in Juvenile Dependency in Florida

Is a principal and a police officer allowed to interrogate a 13 year child for about 3 hours with advicing or having a parent present? Also, arrest and transport the child before contacting a parent?

I don't think so. Hire an attorney to suppress any statements that your kid made.
