Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida

For a while now my two male superiors have been treating me differently than my other team members... I to am a manager but for whatever reason they treat me as if I was underneath them.. this doesn't really bother me BUT things like acting as they are going to punch me (extending entire arm with fist and stoping an inch away from my face) do make me very uncomfortable. I have asked them to stop their behavior, but it hasn't changed. I have followed my chain of command at work but all that resulted was them having to apologize to me for constantly making me feel uncomfortable but I am stressed and feel uncomfortable with work now... I am a very hard worked and have been with my current company for about 8 years now and have nothing but commendations, client letters and awards on my file. The two gentleman that are mistreating me are new to my property but not to the company... can I do anything or should I do anything... I feel harassed.

You need to bring this to the attention of someone in Human Resources or a supervisor. If the harassment continues then you may have a claim that there is a hostile work environment and your employer is failing to correct it. You should consult with a labor attorney.
