I was wrongfully terminated, because of a suspected theft but i was not at fault i have reason to believe someone else at fault i believe also my boss was after me

Florida is an "at will" state, which means a person can be fired for almost any or no reason. As long as the reason is not based on race/religion/gender/etc then the termination is presumed valid. It will be very difficult to claim that the termination was unlawful if there was suspected theft. If you can prove that you did not commit the theft AND that your employer knows you didn't but is simply using it as a pretext to cover up a reason based on your race, for example, then you may have a claim.
