Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida

i was arrested for battery at a nightclub for, allegedly, striking a bouncer. during this altercation, several more bouncers proceeded to take me to the ground and, in my opinion, used excessive force, causing injuries to several parts of my body. do i have any rights, may i file charges against said nightclub/bouncers, should i contact a local personal injury lawyer and will he or she even take a case of this nature? i've yet to be arraigned and have no discovery on this case. what should i do?

Were you injured? If not, I suspect that no one will take your case unless you are willing to pay them to do so. It sounds like you were charged crimminally. Your ability to do anything may be affected by whatever happens in that respect.
