if my husband is talking to a woman online and sending sexual pictures and video do the law consider that adultery.

No, but it could still get him in trouble in a divorce. Tha GA code states:

"16-6-19.

A married person commits the offense of adultery when he voluntarily

has sexual intercourse with a person other than his spouse..."
