Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

Legal Guradianship or custody in a Domestice Partnership

My partner and I are expecting a baby and the location where we live will be difficult for adoption until we move to Atlanta. For now, what would be most beneficial for her to take the baby to the doctor, daycare, etc without me giving up my rights as the legal legitimate parent? We would later go thru the process of adoption of BOTH of us being the baby's legitimate parents.

You should seek advice from a reputable adoption place. If you want a recommendation for one in the Atlanta area (Lilburn), let me know.

I am unsure of your question. If you mean visits to the doctor, daycare as being the only concerns you currently face, those should not affect your rights as a legal/biological parent in an uncontested case. Feel free to call me as I specialize in adoptions and am willing to work for a low flat fee as I have recently started my own practice. Best of luck!
