Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Georgia

mediation

We paid what we thought was our share for a mediation that we did not ask for, but my husband and I arrived at an amount from the 4 defendents. It has now been 4 months and we are still awaiting the checks. There has not been a legitimate reason for this to take so long. Our attorney says he has all the checks but one.

Your post does show you have a lawyer, so no one else can ethically answer you. Ask him. That is what you are paying him for.
