Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia

I was forced to resign from my job as a teacher by my principal. I was given unfair evaluations and asked to sign documents after information about my job performance had been changed. Turns out the principal was having an affair with another administrator who does not like me for personal reasons. I have always had stellar evaluations in the past and have been recognized as a star teacher several times. I have facts and dates to support the harassment I experienced. Do I have a case for workplace harassment?

Workplace harassment is only unlawful if it results from your "protected characteristic" or status. If the harassment is because of your race, color, creed, religion, gender, national origin, age (if you are at least 40) disability, or membership in the armed forces of the US the harassment can be the basis of a discrimination claim. Otherwise, simply being "unfair" does not make the evaluations unlawful.
