Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia

I live in savannah, Ga, USA, but as of January of this year I was employed for an Afghan family owned company in Kabul, Afghanistan. I was hired as Chief Operating Officer for the monthly salary of $5,000.00 a month. While I was there I hired a web design company to design a website, and the services was paid out of my personal account here in the states. And, Also I hired a hosting network to maintain the website here in the states, again I paid that from own personal account. Last June I had to come back to Savannah for to take care of some business for the company. Ever since that I have been back I have been working, and taking care of business over the phone, and preparing for a contract which it was going to be signed in Dubai. But, for the last 4 weeks due to some conflicts between us I decided not to return back. I was reimbursed for some of my expenses, but still he owes me major portion of the expenses, and my month of June, July, and part of Augusts salary for the total of over $12,000.00. We have been in negotiation so I can get paid, but he is offering only $7,000.00. If I refuse he is making threats to go to District Attorney's Office here in Savannah, by claiming that I am keeping the website information as hostage to get paid. Since the account with hosting company is under my name, and address, and also it was paid by my personal funds, they refused to deal with the owner directly due to obligation to me. My question as follows; Am I breaking any law in the states by not giving the Login information in order that I be paid?

Please help me.

Thanks,
