Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia

Hostile Work Environment

I work in a 2 girl office and the other girl does not speak to me and hasn't for 3 months. She has been spoken to by our supervisor but with no change in her attitude. She is currently having an affair with my boss (who is not my supervisor) Her attitude has been documented several times. My supervisor says they can't do anyting to her because of my boss. Do I have a case for hostile work environment? Would I have to leave my position? This is a medical office and I firmly believe, and have stated so, that patient care is being compromised. What other documentation would I need to start a case.

Re: Hostile Work Environment

You would not have a case just because your co-worker does not speak to you. That is not hostile.
