Non-solicitation w/ Prior Relationships
If I am soliciting customers of my prior employer that I had relationships with prior to working for that employer is my prior employer's non-solicitation still enforceable?

It depends on what the agreement states. That was an issue to discuss before the agreement was voluntarily signed, and perhaps excluded from the scope of the agreement. Have a lawyer review it to discuss what the agreement actually says.
