Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia

Sleep Apnea

I have sleep apnea and am having issues at work that have resulted in my being threatened with termination due to behavioral patterns that could be attributable to my health condition.

The added stress from this constant concern is taking a toll.

Is there anything that I can do to reduce the pressure from management and keep my job?

Employees should always consult with their policy handbook for guidance on how medical conditions and health related leave will be handled at their company.
