Legal Question in Personal Injury in Georgia

How do I address a situation where a man got a loan from a bank using my credentials and tried to stick me with paying it back? I have paperwork from the bank and that is not my signature on the paperwork and I have taped conversations with bank employees proving that I had nothing to do with taking the money. I have an attorney that filed a suit 1/20/10 in federal court and the bank attorneys have dropped their suit against me. However, I am going under due to everyone dragging their feet and not taking some kind of action. ie can't get a job, no one wants a 60 year old with a bad credit report filed by the bank for non payment of a loan that is not mine. a heart attack that now the drs. say is stress related and a lawyer that won't respond to my emails telling me anything. Someone out there want to take over to get a job done, get me what is due to me in the way of damages?

If a suit was filed on January 20, the time for the bank to answer may not even have happened yet (they have 30 days from service). You are being unreasonable as to your attorney as cases are not done that fast. Given your reaction to your lawyer, it is very unlikely any other lawyer would talk to you. By the way, email is usually not a good way to reach some lawyers. Some use email more than others, so if an email goes unanswered, why not simply call (but be reasonable as to your requests)?
