Legal Question in Personal Injury in Georgia

Harassment

While dropping my kid off at a in home daycare, the neighbor came out in his underwear and took pictures of my wife and kid as they sat in the car parked in front of the day care. How do I get this to stop, and how do I get the pictures from him? I feel that they are an invasion of my privacy and my wife is frightened by this guy.

Re: Harassment

Your post refers to a single incident, so what is there to stop? You fail to say whether the man left his property and whether he got right up on the car, but obviously you are not likely to prevent a person from taking pictures from their own property and it is rarely going to be "invasion of privacy" because the picture was taken of your wife/car in a public place. Ask the day care owner if the neighbor has an issue with the home business - he is probably taking pics for that. If so, and this was an isolated incident for your wife, you are probably well advised to stay out of it rather than causing and escalating your own problem with the neighbor. That will not help you or the day car owner.
