Legal Question in Personal Injury in Georgia

discovery objection

in my interrogatories i request information on whether or not they had anyone on their behalf conduct any private investigation or covert surveillance and if so requested info on who etc. they objected saying attorney work product. how can i compel this.

Hire a lawyer who knows how to conduct basic discovery (and more importantly, conduct a trial).

File a motion to compel. However, be careful because if the judge finds it to be frivolous, he/she could hit you with an award of attorneys fees.
