Autoaccident
I was reended in March 2008. Went to a chiropractor for 9 months went to a medical dr. had a bad whiplash had a MRI. they are ready to settle. I want all medical bills paid but should i get a compinsation for time and pain also and what would be fair

Hopefully yopu have not been talking to the insurer without a lawyer, because, generally, you will be offered far less than the same case with a lawyer. You are getting close to running out of time to pursue the claim at all and will then get zero, and have waited far too long as to legal counsel. Get a lawyer Monday at the latest. Your rights will completely expire soon.

You are entitled to several forms of compensation, but I would need to know more about the facts of your case, your medical history, etc. Consult with a local attorney.
