Legal Question in Personal Injury in Georgia

Receiving Large Sum of Money

My brother is on SSI/Medicare/Medicaid. He will be receiving a Very Large sum of money approx 7 Figures. If he receives this I beleive he will lose his benefits. How can we avoid this, he has weekly healthcare expenses that are very expensive not to mention lengthy hospital stays, etc. Is there a way to put it in someone elses name, etc...any help would be MUCH appreciated!
