Legal Question in Personal Injury in Georgia

Injury at bank

I am trying to figure out if I'd have a case, if I was injured at a locate bank. I was at the ATM making an withdraw and as I reached to take my cash, the ATM door slammed on my finger and the door would not open. I had to manuver my finger out and this happened after banking hours. I have been getting the run around and have yet to get an apology. Instead I am being told, ''let me take your information and some will get back with you.'' STILL NOTHING!!!

Re: Injury at bank

Technically, you have a case. What it's worth is another matter. Consult with a local attorney.

Re: Injury at bank

You failed to tell us what your damages might be. How much were your medical bills for the injury? What is your permanent disability? If you had nothing but a little temporary pain and only want an "apology," you probably need to get over it and move on.
