Legal Question in Personal Injury in Georgia

My son was involved in an accident on school property that resulted in an injury. He was pushed into a wall and had his two front teeth broken and also chipped one. Who is responsible for the reconstruction of his mouth, seeing these were his permenant teeth?

Since you left out virtually every important detail about who pushed who, and why, you won't get much of an answer. Consider reposting with the whole story.

You left out all the details, so we can't answer you. In most cases, you would turn this into your own personal health insurance, but without a lot more detail, I can't say.

Given that your child was pushed, the first question is, whether he was pushed by another child or a school employee. Depending upon either scenario, you may have a claim against the county or the city under the theory of respondiate superior, or against the parents of the child (depending upon the age of the child). The next consideration is whether or not your child was engaged in play with the other child and/or whether your child's injury was reasonably associated with that activity, i.e. was the injury a normal risk associated with children at play.

If have more details or would like a case evaluation feel free to contact the firm.
