Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

Husband is hiding money. How can I find where it is?
Husband & I will probably divorce. We have 3 kids, 17, 13 and 6. A big part of my reason is, I have learned that he has been taking money out of his paycheck that never got into our bank account, and he will not tell me what he is doing with it. Additionally, when we recently refinanced our mortgage, he took all of the ''cash out'', about $10M; (and he saw to it that all of ''his'' credit cards were paid off and none of ''my'' credit cards were paid off). He will not tell me what he is doing, he just says if we need money, he will ''take care'' of it. I now believe he is planning to divorce me and leave me high and dry. What can I do ahead of time to discover what he did with the money? Any other suggestions?

If this is the case, then you should probably file for divorce before he takes it all and disappears!
