Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Illinois

Wedding Problem
My Wife and I were married no November 8th 2008. We paid for a wedding package that included a dj, photographer and videographer for the wedding. The dj and pictures are fine, but they said the video would be ready mid to late February, ok no big deal. February comes and goes and still no video. March comes and goes and still no video. Now they won't return the many messages i've left. I had spoken to them throughout February and March, and each time they gave me another excuse ''oh the editing guy just a had a baby'' or ''oh it's was being edited in springfield and needs to be sent back here''. I feel like i'm getting the run around or ripped off here. Is it worth getting a lawyer involved, and do I have grounds to make this any better?

Sounds like they may have lost your video, ask for a

refund-that is about as much as you can expect.
