Legal Question in Employment Law in Illinois

my friend and i decided to get some drinks we got drunk she had the key of our job we weren't and the clock she decided to opened the door to go to the restroom and i went after here .. can we get fire for that even if i didn't open the door and i didn't have the key my mistake was to follow here
