Vacation Pay
If an employee is terminated, either voluntarily or unvoluntarily, and has accrued any vacation time, are we required by law to pay them for this time?

Re: Vacation Pay

Under Illinois law, employers are required to pay out accrued but unused vacation pay no later than the next regularly scheduled paycheck.
