If you are in your own auto and have an accident, can the small corportion you are president of be sued for assets.

It depends on the some facts. For example, if you were running an errand on behalf of the corporation, chances are the corporation can be brought in as a co-defendant. There are also other scenarios I can think of. I need more facts.

Possibly. If you were performing job related activity at the time of the occurrence the company could be sued directly. Indirectly, if there is a judgment against you individually, only, could be ordered to turnover your stock in the company in a post judgment proceeding.
