Non Payment of Ex-gratia
I was working with my previous organisation till 10th of July 2006.Now company has declared Ex-gratia to all category staff ( Peon to Top management)presently working with the organisation during the Financial year 2005-2006. Kindly let me know am I entitle for the same or not?

dear sir.
company can make difference among its employees but alldetails are required to be seen.however being employee you are also entitled for exgatia.
