child support

my husband makes 17/hour plus gets overtime every week,we have 3 girls and he thinks that $250.00 a week is fair,i have been told that it's not enough,can you please solve this,also i am not working due to a medical condition,i have no income at all,we have been married 8 years

You can get an inital idea by going to the online child support calculator located at the Indiana Judiciary Web Site. You should see an attorney, regardless as it sounds as if you may be entitled to maintenance in addition to child support. Please contact me if you have any questions.
