Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Kansas

my nephew and his girlfriend had a verbal agreement with me that they would pay off the loan in my name but they haven't yet what can i do about it ? the loan is for only $400.00 too settle off. it's with loan max title loan.

You may have to file a suit in small claims court. If you can prove yoru case, you can get judgment for the amount of the debt to Title Max. Of course, this does not affect your debt to Title Max. They can still come after you for the loan. The judgment merely gives you an avenue to be reimbursed for what you have to pay out.
