wife got a lump some back child suport around 5 months ago nqw going threw a divorce she wanting all that money. we spent a lot of it we shared bank account one kid been with her 13 years can she get all the money in settlement ?

Your wife might get all of the lump sum payment. But, it should be considered as money allotted to her in division of the marital property, assuming you helped in the upbringing and care of this child.
